Split mung beans, the orange ones-you do not have to soak over night like the whole green mung bean.

I just use a half a cup of Mung beans in 3/4’s cup of water and blend and you just make it as if you are making a pancake.

Once your mung bean pancake is cooked. That is your crust.

You can add any spices you want to the blend.

Whatever pizza top choices that work for you is good.

I like the cheese and honey blend. Organic raw honey is best for me

This pizza caused me to have to blow my nose. What that means is...it got the toxins out before the toxins got me. I really love that about this pizza.
