COMPASSION EXPANSION THROUGH STORY TELLING 

That moment Willy Wonka was deep in his Compassion Burn Out -disappointed.

What he really was though... was a man with an intentional plan in terms of LOVE LEGACY

​Testing....testing.....1, 2, 3

​Suspending that and staying with the compassion satisfaction-fatigue-burn out model....After a day of dealing with a lot of things.... We see him flipping out on our sweet little charlie.... Grandpa has Charlie's back and Charlie makes his own move......

​What we hear from Mr Wonka based on Charlie's move....

"So shines a good deed through a weary world....." 




​Recently, I went through a rather thorough and rigorous compassion fatigue training while following my own natural rhythms via a little exhaustion. This training caused my life vitality to rise within 10 minutes. When that happens I wish to learn more and perhaps all there is to learn about it. After that I signed up for a Compassion Fatigue support group here in Hawaii and during this global pandemic time, I believe this one training could serve everyone at this time. Since my passion is A Woman's Guide to Understanding Your Own Natural Rhythms I wanted to reiterate: There is nothing wrong with you for feeling many things during a global crisis that no one in 100 years has ever ever experienced. 

I selected the above video because we can clearly see, as good of a kid as Charlie is, when we have seen the entire movie we know Mr Wonka had a day full of children doing things against what can keep them safe and there was a lot of lessons for both children and parents. 
We can also see, nothing could stop Charlie from being Charlie. In nothing stopping Charlie from being Charlie, he was rewarded with the keys of the Chocolate factory kingdom.

Charlie already embodied a level of ethics in business just by his own nature. It is much easier to train and cultivate his learning business skills already having his nature be what it already is.

It isn't lost on me that Charlie was being raised with a lot of Seniors who kept his heart pure. 

We see his grandfather's compassion for his sweet grandson in this clip too. He doesn't like how this man is presenting the rules in his angry burned out state. 

Compassion Fatigue is serious and it's also natural.

Compassion Fatigue Prevention Prevention starts with awareness and knowing if you are at risk. ​ Check out PROQOL for an assessment to determine if you may have signs of compassion fatigue.

COMPASSION FATIGUE PREVENTION ​ ​  Tailored trainings specific to your organization. We've facilitated workshops for the State of Hawaii to local substance abuse treatment centers and caregivers.
Workshops are 2, 4, or 6 hours long addressing compassion fatigue, burnout, stress management, resiliency, and self-care plan development.

Madam is also a pioneer and a leader in all things that are needed right now. As individuals, families, business people..beyond front line health care workers...if you are on social media the chances that you or the person on the other side of their screen is moving out of compassion satisfaction and responding in fatigue to burn out is highly likely. Political agenda or not... We must take care
