DO YOU REMEMBER HOW YOUR VERY FIRST BRASS BRASSIERE DEVELOPED? I DO
I put on my very first brassiere when I was 13 years old. Under the umbrella of being the highly daughter after babysitter on our street. I was always babysitting!!! And when the children were supposed to be sleeping...they would do all these things to not sleep. I took my role as babysitter very seriously and in not wanting their parents to come home and see that I didn’t have what it took to put their children to sleep at the time they instructed me, I would say all the time “Don’t come back down stairs unless it’s an emergency” and I would give them emergency examples. Because there was this one little boy named Bobby, gosh he was always finding creative fake emergencies just to get my attention.
Unless your sick or dying, you must sleep.
And that is the story of my very first brass brassiere as it developed. Parents were not going to trust me with their little humans if I wasn’t able to do something as simple as hold sleep time. (Per my 13 year old brain) 🧠

Natural Rhythms weekly phases and stages... It's just me, therefore I don't have the need or the thrill of adding spices to add to what others may or may not like. One week it could be all about the 5 Chinese Spice combo of
cinnamon, cloves, fennel seed, star anise & Orange Peel

Right now... it's all about
Coriander Seeds
According to a research done by the California University of Ayurveda, coriander seeds are quite effective in curing different skin ailments like eczema, itchy skin, rashes and inflammation as they have antiseptic properties. They are known to cure mouth ulcers and sores as well.
Black Pepper
It helps the free flow of oxygen to the brain, helps enhance digestion and circulation, stimulates the appetite, and helps maintain respiratory system health and the health of the joints. Black pepper is a warming spice and contributes the pungent taste.
Rosemary
known for its medicinal properties and can be used to alleviate pain, boost immunity, improve memory and even promote hair growth.
Now I have this combo for anything...including a wonderfully bold flavored cup of tea....

Split mung beans, the orange ones-you do not have to soak over night like the whole green mung bean.
I just use a half a cup of Mung beans in 3/4’s cup of water and blend and you just make it as if you are making a pancake.
Once your mung bean pancake is cooked. That is your crust.
You can add any spices you want to the blend.
Whatever pizza top choices that work for you is good.
I like the cheese and honey blend. Organic raw honey is best for me
This pizza caused me to have to blow my nose. What that means is...it got the toxins out before the toxins got me. I really love that about this pizza.
