It's just me, therefore I don't have the need or the thrill of adding spices to add to what others may or may not like. One week it could be all about the 5 Chinese Spice combo of cinnamon, cloves, fennel seed, star anise & Orange Peel (for me) Right now... it's all about Coriander Seeds According to a research done by the California University of Ayurveda, coriander seeds are quite effective in curing different skin ailments like eczema, itchy skin, rashes and inflammation as they have antiseptic properties. They are known to cure mouth ulcers and sores as well. Black Pepper It helps the free flow of oxygen to the brain, helps enhance digestion and circulation, stimulates the appetite, and helps maintain respiratory system health and the health of the joints. Black pepper is a warming spice and contributes the pungent taste. Rosemary known for its medicinal properties and can be used to alleviate pain, boost immunity, improve memory and even promote hair growth. Now I have this combo for anything...including a wonderfully bold flavored cup of tea....
