It's the Simple Things

Madam shares something that aligns with what it means to be truly Self-Loving rather than taking people into the matrix of their failures based on other people's definition of relationship success vs relationship failures. This creates a resiliency within our body/mind/heart that allows you the freedom to be a loving being on the planet and not carry forward or blame other people for what didn't have longevity relationship wise. What she has to offer anyone is growth through self.  
Trust in self is the most amazing sensation, I believe everyone has the right to lean into that sensation. 

When relationships require you to give up your commitment to being self loving, that can cause a lot of problems for both people. 

She articulates vividly total self-love, full bodied self-compassion and there will be no waiting until she loses that 10 pounds or until the money comes in or whatever the case may be.
She isn't going to move against herself.... This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone.

The three mini Yoga Videos are an amazing opportunity to return to understanding our own body/mind and our own hearts at the level of movements designed to serve each dosha within anyone's body. For Kapha, if you feel sluggish you can take the less than 10 minutes to move that sluggish sensation out of your body. For Pitta, if you are full of fire that has you becoming impatient, it's an excellent way to ground yourself to show up without irritation. For Vata, if your moving too fast and need to slow down and return to center this is a simple amazing way to return to being connected and have all of your systems working together in a self-loving way.

It's a wonderful thing to spend our time being Self-Loving 


We live in a world that repeatedly claims mindset is the answer to many things. However, Dr Joan Rosenberg offers us a new perspective to try on through her research and her awareness in the body/mind connection where those unpleasant feelings live. Stored within the body, not just the mind. Her words make a lot of logical sense. Especially if you have been working deeply and intimately within your own body/mind and heart vs trying so hard to get other people to change. What we discovered within your Mastermind Natural Groups is that, those who are connected to their emotions and connected to their body sensations intuitively have benefited tremendously from this shift in perspective. By being self loving and giving themselves 90 seconds to handle that inner wave within their own bodies...those unpleasant feelings get transformed. This would be a practice that we can commit to in our minds. A practice to allow our bodies to guide us and allow our brains to also guide us. In this way we are working in alignment with more than just "level of the mind." This is what it means to be truly self loving and to care for our health and our well-being inside a workable practice that can mature us naturally through time....
